SILENT UPROAR is the story of Katy Phillips, a young woman deaf since the age of six. Her main goal in life is to be an independent woman, and to do that, she must leave her parents and brothers behind to prove to herself she can do it. Marshall Jack Davis wonders about her sanity, and her possible involvement in a crime he is trying to solve in 1885 Wyoming Territory. Can he protect her from herself?
