Detective Natalie Ambrosio is about to get in way over her head. A call in the middle of the night summons her to the headquarters of the NYPD, where she must investigate the murder of a local artist. The case, however, has a twist: A single witness who lives in fear of the killer and refuses to speak, along with a stalker who is trying to force the witness into talking. With tensions already running high, Natalie is given an ultimatum: Solve the case in 24 hours, or pay an unthinkable price.
